Haley should introduce herself when accepting patients at the time she opens the door and weighs them, not to mention, reviewing, and updating information while in the examining room. For all I know, she was one of the nurse practitioners. I had to ask her what her name was, and what her role is in the practice. She was very nice and attentive however.

The staff running the office are all professional, efficient and friendly. The healthcare providers are also excellent. This not a combination found in most physicians offices.

My dr had an emergency just before my appointment and they were able to quickly schedule me at the same of my existing appointment with the PA who did a fantastic job with my physical as well as addressed all my concerns. In addition, they also assisted me by contacting SimonMed to get a copy of my mammogram report. Great service and very professional medical care.

The staff and Dr.Eye always pleasant. This office is clean and neat, has a No Rush Atmosphere vibe. The cloth gowns they provide for the exam are so much nicer than the oversized paper towel gowns often used for medical exams.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. Dr. van Wert is easy to talk to, made me feel very comfortable and took the time to listen and explain anything that I did not understand. Highly recommend.
